The WRENCH Open Shop

This volunteer supported service to our community allows you to source repairs, parts, and fully built bikes.
Open Shop services are available by appointment only. Please wear a mask when coming to the shop.
Bike Repair: Book an appointment for a same-day repair.*
Bike Part Sales: We have the largest selection of second hand bike parts in Western Canada.*
Bike Sales: From road bikes, to mountain bikes, vintage cruisers, to custom commuters, our ever changing selection has a bicycle for everyone!
The WRENCH Basic: Very low-cost bikes, built to be safe for the season.
*The WRENCH will prioritize service to those who will benefit the most. No one will be turned away from bike repairs and used parts for lack of funds, however repeat patrons may be asked to limit participation to allow others’ access.
All services and repairs are by donation. We have a list of suggested prices for second hand parts as well as the time and effort of the mechanic. We ask that those who can pay a reasonable amount for parts and services do so, so that those who are unable to, can have access.
No appointments showing up/ available? Due to high demand, we are often fully booked. New spots open up by Thursday evening for three weeks into the future. If you can’t find an open spot for your booking, check back on Thursday evening!
